Refund policy
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 General Terms: The Buyer, as a natural person considered a "consumer" under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the Buyer or an authorized third party receives the Goods.
5.2 Exclusions: The Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised if:
• The Goods' packaging has been opened, or the Goods or packaging are damaged, and due to health protection or hygiene reasons, they cannot be resold.
• The purchased items include food supplements, over-the-counter medications, or medical supplies requiring specific storage conditions (e.g., humidity, light, temperature restrictions).
• Other cases as specified by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia regarding consumer rights protection.
5.3 Withdrawal Process: To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by sending a request to info@swissovit.com. Upon receiving the completed withdrawal form, the Seller will acknowledge receipt and inform the Buyer of the decision or the estimated time for its review.
5.4 Return of Goods: The Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.
5.5 Return Costs and Conditions: The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the Seller’s part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). Returned Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging, including all accompanying materials. The Buyer must also provide proof of purchase when returning the Goods.
5.6 Refund Policy: The Seller will refund the Buyer the full purchase amount, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving both the withdrawal request and the returned Goods. If the Buyer selected an express or premium delivery option, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction (i.e., a bank transfer to the Buyer’s account).
5.7 Seller’s Rights: The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned Goods are received and inspected, or until the Buyer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first. Additionally, if any of the conditions listed under Section 5.2 apply, the Seller may refuse to issue a refund.
